Compatible with most filter press brands We engineer drop-in replacement plates for Andritz, Diemme, Metso Outotec, Larox, JWI, Diefenbach and other major press manufacturers — matching handle profile, port position, sealing face geometry and filter cloth mounting method so there is no modification needed on your existing press.
Custom mold tooling for non-standard geometries When your press requires a plate shape outside standard dimensions — asymmetric designs, special feed configurations or unique rib patterns — we develop dedicated molds. This capability is particularly valuable for older equipment whose original plate supplier is no longer available.
Material selection based on your slurry, not guesswork We match plate body material (PP, GFPP, PVDF) and gasket compound (EPDM, NBR, Neoprene, Viton / FKM) to your operating pH, temperature, abrasiveness and maximum pressure — not to a generic spec sheet.
Non-gasketed chamber plates are a practical choice for standard filtration duties where fast cloth installation, simple cleaning, and lower replacement cost are priorities. They may allow slight dripping during operation, depending on slurry and pressure conditions.
Gasketed chamber plates use sealing grooves and rubber gaskets to improve leak control around each filter chamber. They are recommended for applications requiring cleaner operation, better filtrate collection, or reduced workplace contamination.
For general wastewater or mineral processing, non-gasketed plates are often sufficient. For chemical, pharmaceutical, food, or high-value filtrate recovery, gasketed plates provide stronger sealing performance and greater process reliability for production lines.
CGR Recessed Filter Plate
CGR (Caulked, Gasketed, Recessed) filter plates are designed for near-zero leakage performance in demanding filtration applications. The embedded cloth sealing cord locks the filter cloth into the plate groove, creating a secure, drip-free seal under high operating pressure.
CGR Membrane Filter Plate
LONGONE CGR membrane filter plates combine the leak-resistant gasketed sealing of CGR design with the secondary squeezing capability of a diaphragm membrane — delivering both drip-free operation and lower cake moisture in a single plate.
