PP CGR gasketed filter press plates in 630, 800, 1250 and 2000mm sizes — engineered for leak-sensitive, high-pressure industrial solid-liquid separation.
Non-gasketed (NG) plates offer faster cloth installation and lower upfront cost. The filter cloth wraps over the plate surface without a sealing groove, making replacement quick and simple. Minor dripping can occur during operation — acceptable for standard sludge dewatering where site cleanliness is not critical.
Gasketed CGR plates embed the cloth edge into a machined groove, creating a virtually leak-free seal. They are the preferred choice for chemical processing, pharmaceutical, food-grade and high-pressure applications where filtrate leakage is unacceptable.
If your process involves corrosive, odorous or regulated slurries — choose CGR.
