I.Introduction

Filter Cloth Clamp, refers to a filter cloth clamp in the feed hole of the filter press filter plate.

The filter press is a filtration device in the solid-liquid separation industry. The sludge enters each chamber of the filter plate through the pressure of the feed pump, and the filter media filter intercepts the particles in the filtrate to form a filter cake in the filter chamber.The filtrate is discharged from the liquid outlet of the filter plate, and the feed hole of the filter plate for chamber filter press is arranged at the center or corner or top of the filter plate.The filter cloth is inserted into the feed hole of the filter plate by a sleeve type, and the four sides are fastened with a lock cloth buckle.The sludge enters the filter chamber from the feed hole and is distributed around the filter chamber. Because the feed hole is greatly worn by the high pressure flow rate of the sludge, the sleeve of the filter cloth is easily damaged, causing the filtrate to leak from the feed hole. The filter cloth is frequently replaced, which affects production.

II.Advantage:

The filter cloth is installed in the feeding hole of the filter plate and clamped by the filter cloth clamp. When the filter press filters, the filter cloth of the feed hole will not wear, the filtrate will not leak, the service life of the filter cloth will increase, and the installation of the filter cloth is simpler. Reduce costs and increase production efficiency.
